Refund Policy

  1. Tenants may request a refund of their security deposit amount under the following circumstances:

    1. The tenant should have completed the lock-in period of 3 months in the QuickStay premises.
    2. The written notice is submitted specifying tenant name, contact number & room number.
    3. The notice for next month should be submitted between 1st-5th of the current month.
  2. Security deposit refunds will be issued within 3-4 working days after vacating the unit after proper room assessment.

  3. Cleaning charges as per the lease agreement will be deducted while the security deposit refund.
  4. Any damage/repair charges will be deducted (if any) from the security deposit refund amount.
  5. There will be no security deposit refunds for early termination without prior notice as per point 1.
  6. Token amount submitted at the time of room booking is non-refundable in case of booking cancellation by the tenant. However, in case of successful room booking, the token amount will be adjusted in the advance rent payable by the tenant.
